This Privacy Policy defines the rules of our processing of the information concerning you as the Website User, including personal data and the so-called cookies.

  4. The Operator is the Personal Data Controller with regard to data provided voluntarily by the User on the Website.
  5. Personal data are used by the Website for the following purposes:
  • handling of inquiries using the form: Send us a message;
  • handling of inquiries of job applicants (recruitment) using the form: Job applicant’s questionnaire;
  • presentation of offers or information;
  • processing of complaints.

      6. The Website performs the functions of obtaining information about the User and their behaviour in the following manner:

  • through data entered voluntarily in contact forms, fed into the Operator's systems;
  • by saving the so-called cookies in terminal equipment;
  • using the Google Analytics services.

 

2. Selected methods of personal data protection used by the Operator

  1. Places where you enter personal data are protected in the transmission layer – SSL certificate. This way, personal data entered on the website are encrypted in the User’s computer and may be read out only on the target server.
  2. For the purpose of data protection, the Operator regularly creates backup copies in accordance with the internal procedures of the Controller.
  3. An essential element of data protection is regular updating of all software used by the Operator for the processing of personal data, which means, in particular, regular updating of the programming components.

 

3. Hosting

  1. The Website is hosted (technically maintained) on the servers of the operator: PPHU “Exponet” Aleksander Urbańczyk.

4. User’s rights and additional information on how the data are used.

  1. In certain situations, the Controller has the right to share the User’s personal data with other recipients, if it is necessary for fulfilment of the purposes defined in item 1.5 or for performance of the obligations incumbent on the Controller. This also concerns the following groups of recipients:
  • hosting companies;
  • IT support – administration of the Website;
  • authorised employees and collaborators who, by using data, also fulfil the purposes of the Party’s actions.

        2. Personal data are processed by the Controller for no longer than it is necessary to perform the related activities and purposes, i.e. for a period necessary to handle inquiries using contact forms, including 72 hours for the   confirmation of data provision in the Double opt-in process, presentation of the offer or information.

        3. The User has the right to request the following from the Controller:

  • access to personal data concerning the User,
  • their rectification,
  • their erasure,
  • limitation of their processing,
  • data portability,
  • the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body,
  • the right to object to the processing of data (“marketing” objection, objection due to a specific situation)
  • the right to withdraw the consent for the processing of personal data.

       4. Provision of personal data is voluntary, however, it is necessary for the operation of the Website.
       5. In relation to the User, the Controller may take actions in order to conduct direct marketing (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
       6. Personal data are not transferred to third countries within the meaning of the provisions on personal data protection. This means that we do not send them outside the European Union.
       7. Detailed information concerning the rules regarding the processing of data collected using forms are defined in:

5.  Information in forms and in the content of messages.

  1. When contacting us by means of forms, the User voluntarily provides their data via the Website.
  2. When contacting us by email, the User naturally provides us with their email address as the address of the sender of the message. Moreover, in the content of the form message or email, the User may also voluntarily provide other personal data.
  3. The legal basis for the processing of personal data in the foregoing cases – item 4.1 and item 4.2 – is the consent of the User being a voluntary, specific, conscious and unambiguous demonstration of will and an express confirming action (Article 4 item 11 of the GDPR) resulting from initiating contact.
  4. If personal data are not provided on the Website, the Website does not collect any personal data.
  5. The Website may save information about the connection parameters (time indication, IP address).
  6. In certain cases, the Website may save information facilitating linking of data entered in the form with the email address of the user filling in the form. In such an event, the email address of the user appears inside the URL address of the website containing the form.
  7. The details contained in the form are processed for the purpose following from the function of a specific form. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly indicates its purpose.
  8. The security code (code from image) is a mandatory field to be filled in. It is a protection against mechanisms that create mass accounts. A correctly entered code from image confirms that the form is filled in by the real User.

 

6. Important marketing techniques – Google Analytics.

  1. The Operator uses statistical traffic analysis on its website via Google Analytics (Google Inc. with its registered office in the USA). The Operator does not provide the operator of this service with personal data, but only with anonymised information. The service is based on the use of cookies in the user’s terminal equipment.

7. Information on cookies.

  1. The Website uses cookies.
  2. Cookies consist in IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the terminal equipment of the User of the Website and are intended for using pages of the Website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they come, the period of their storage in the terminal equipment, and their unique number.
  3. Cookies do not identify the User.
  4. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
  • maintaining the session of the Website User,
  • supporting navigation and page elements,
  • fulfilling the purposes specified above in section “Important marketing techniques”;
  1. The Website Operator is an entity that places cookies on the User’s terminal equipment and gains access thereto.
  2. As part of the Website, two basic types of cookies are used:
  • session cookies – temporary files which are stored on the User’s terminal equipment until logging out, leaving the website or disabling software (Web browser); they are used for maintaining the session and for supporting navigation and page elements;
